We are living in uncertain times. You can be assured that Dalraddy Cottage takes this virus very seriously. We have updated our risk assessment and are taking steps to minimise the risks to all our guests and visitors.

• We have been certified "Good to go" by Visit Britain

• We will follow all government guidelines regarding this virus including

Taking measures to ensure the handover of keys to property can be done in a socially distanced way, ensuring that keys are cleaned.

Ensuring that staff cleaning accommodation between stays follow full government handwashing guidelines, and make a comprehensive checklist of all hand contact services to be cleaned throughout the property when each guest vacates.

• We will be following the "airbnb" cleaning and sanitizing guidelines which include checklists for each room/area

• We will be allowing an extra day between stays where possible to facilitate this

• All laundry will be washed at the highest temperature possible and will be final rinsed in an approved antibacterial solution

• We request that guests do not invite non-occupants to the cottage during this time

• We will contact all guests before each stay to confirm that they (or anyone in their household) do not have symptoms of Covid-19 and are not in a self-isolation period.

• We will issue guests with instructions on what to do in case symptoms appear.
